Ahi Tuna Steak, Green Beans, & Tomato
Any of my friends can tell you I'm a very picky eater. Onions, mushrooms, meat on the bone, and seafood are all evil. There are, of course, exceptions to every rule. I've always liked tuna. We're talking about the canned white flakes of tuna. When I started South Beach last week, I picked up a few cans and had it with salad. That got me thinking, and after talking with Adam, I decided I would buy some tuna steaks to see if I liked them.
The verdict? YUM! All i did was spray the steak with bit of olive oil and sprinkled on some salt and paprika. I did cook it through, instead of just searing it, but holy crap, it's awesome!
