From 1993-1997 (and a few races in 1998), I was very involved with photography on the NASCAR Winston Cup Circuit. In 1996, I was hired as NASCAR's first Official Photographer, and traveled all over the US, providing coverage for all divisions of NASCAR. I made a lot of friends, and lost a few that I came to know very well. Rest in peace Dale, Kenny, Adam and John, all who's lives were lost doing what they loved... RACING!
These pics are very exclusive to me, and have been tucked away for years, but I decided it was time to show these now. I do realize my stuff is not spectacular, especially with the world of digital, and what the photographers are doing now is amazing, but hey, I did what I could with that old school stuff called film. ;)
