ZSU-23-4V1 'Shilka'

This is the ZSU-23-4 'Shilka' Self Propelled Anti-Aircraft Gun . It was developed in the late '50's, and entered service in the mid '60's. This Cold War workhorse has a combat history spanning over Four Decades and has a presence in the Military of over Forty Countries!!


Model Features:

Scale of this Model is 1:27

Turret has the full 45' of traverse.

Quad-23mm Autocannon has -4' to + 85' of depression/elevation.

Working Driver, Commander and Auxiliary hatches.

Guidance Radar rotates 360' and can stow flat.

Rolling Chassis.

Build Notes:

This is my 5th Soviet / Russian AFV. I don't know why, but this was one of the toughest AFVs I've built yet!! I've wanted to build the 'Shilka' for some time now, and despite the challenges, I'm pretty stoked with how it turned out! Enjoy!
