Conversation à Nice

By the Spanish sculptor, Jaume Plensa. The piece, which consists of seven figures atop poles, representing the seven continents, is a metaphor on the relations between the different communities which make up today's society.


Along with several other artworks in other parts of the route, it was commissioned for the opening of the new tramway. Together they form un musée à ciel ouvert, the biggest of its kind in the South of France.
