I started cutting down on the carbs earlier this year to help me make it through my hectic schedule. It actually worked really, really good and ever since that I've been trying to steer away from such all time favorites as pasta, bread and potatoes. I don't do it "zero carbs" style or calculate a damn thing because I want to eat what I want if I feel like it, but lately it has been pretty much low carb every day.
But every now and then I have my guilty pleasures. Fried potatoes with some pork and some veggies ranks up pretty high on that guilty pleasure scale. So good. Soooo good. Avocados on the side just make it even more crazy delicious.
