Scan of the character data for The Hige Hige Bandit, the martian-like clone character from other games and including Japanese import Saturn Bomberman: Fight!

 

The names were all taken from Alex Eaton-Salner's Bomberman SS Shrine.

 

He is also one of my favorites to play as due to his screaming eeeeeeeee! all the time during the match when he gets excited or whatever.
