Roast Rabbit with Sauce Verte over Asparagus and Morel Risotto & Dandelion Greens.
Seriously. We didn't get the menu until today; I was game (har, sorry), but Caroline was definitely skeptical. (It probably didn't help that people at work -- and okay including me -- teased her about Thumper...)
I'm not sure how to describe it, since I'd never had it before. It was good, but the sauce verte and the morel risotto commanded your attention away from the meat.
The greens didn't thrill me, but the risotto was quite good.
