Fresh Bread and Roquefort [Sunday Brunch #2]

I won't be truly french if I didn't love cheese and strong cheese...

 

Roquefort is one of my favourite I think. It's strong (odour and taste), has a creamy texture and goes really well with red wine and fresh baked bread.
