Use pillsbury crescent rolls. Squeeze the triangle perforations together and cut the rectangles into ten long strips (40 total). Wrap each strip around a hotdog and a narrow slice of cheese. bake at 375 for 13-17 min (until dough browns). create eyes/faces with mustard.
