Features: round window, quoins, Queen Anne porch, cornice caps, enriched, cornice, peaked lintleboards, cornice brackets, distinctive dormers, distinctive lintleboards, enriched frieze. • Clinton Smith, remodeled the house (1882); likely converting it to a duplex.
