Snips and Snails: the forever edition
This quilt was my main intention: a twin-sized quilt that E. could use throughout his childhood.
This set of two quilts was for Annie, a co-worker of mine at the library. The main sentimental part of the quilt is the star fabric, which came from a shirt of her mother's. Her mother, Helen, was a co-worker of mine as well until she died of cancer not too long before Annie's son was born.
His grandmother would have ADORED him, and this way, he has a bit of her life in his quilt.
I had one more large square piece of the star fabric, so I decided to do a baby quilt, too.
