Sarnia, Ontario is known as "Chemical Valley" to the locals. This is just a tiny section of the sprawling chemical industry that extends across the southern part of the city.

    ...but on the plus side only one has a plume coming out of it
    (yeah ok, I've looked again and there are a few)
    Hmm; I wonder where the 'town planning' people were these were being built ??

    Cathy And there it is: we're all glad if one is not near us. That's the NIMBY aspect of our society regarding all of these "necessary evils."
