This is the kind of salad that makes you understand why people use juicers.
I mean, delicious. Very very delicious. But it took ONE MILLION YEARS to chop everything up. One million. With that said, I ate every last chopped-up thing and licked the bowl, and chopped enough for tomorrow too, so. (It's possible that I'm suffering from some kind of vegetable deficiency after being in Austin? Hmm.)
