So this is kind of stupid... I lit the cigarette and I started to smoke. I was so anxious to start shooting that I started to chain smoke the cig to get it to the proper length. As a result, I got a little nauseaus and buzzed from it that I had a really hard time taking the photo... I've got the Earth (soil), Fire (lit cig), Water (wet leaf) and wind (captured by the smoke).

Anyway it was my buddy Nevin's birthday this weekend and we celebrated by getting bottle service at Mezzanine in San Francisco. It's this great club that had a DJ spinning house and techno and then a live band came on... I have no idea who these people are but Tilly and the Wall, White Williams and Popscene DJs were there. They were really good...

Anyway we all went out for a cigarette and there was a tricked out Toyota Matrix with a Playstation 3 in the back with a huge plasma screen and Rock Band on the consol. My friend Jordan started to play Weezer - Say It Ain't So and shortly after there were rougly 10 - 20 drunk people all singing along. Good times...

Very nice. I like the lack of saturation combined with the gritty feel of this one. You see this a lot now in rock magazines. Very trendy. Well executed.

Extremely cool! I've gotten sick from too much smoking....once upon a time. It's a horrible feeling. I can't smoke anymore.
