    I was very confused. I was somehow expecting the laser etcher to *play* Super Mario Bros. Like, how would it use the controller? And more importantly, would it know the turtle trick?

    Reminds me of the old Commodore 64 floppy drives... where you could vary the spindle rpms to get different tones and play tunes!

    I had a HP scanner that would play "Ode to Joy" in this fashion (it was an easter egg of the scanner's firmware)
