Day 138: Meat
138/365 -November 14, 2009
10 oz. of dry-aged rib eye steak from Whole Foods. So pretty.
We got two of these for dinner tonight.
Rubbed down with salt and pepper. Pan seared to a nice medium rare. Topped off with garlic and sage butter. Accompanied by baked potato and sauteed French green beans with garlic and shallots.
