You can't really tell here, but Lisa was extremely nervous during the quick shoot we had the other night. She kept looking at her friends for approval and her hands were really clammy. The first few shots came out looking very tense and uncomfortable, but I kept talking to her and joking and showing her all the shots I was taking. By this point, she had loosened up a lot and was just going with the flow. It was still fun to shoot her.
On a side note, I rented a NIkon 17-55/2.8 for the weekend and shot the entire series with that lens. Oh. My. God. That lens is awesome! Fast focusing and wicked sharp even wide open. I really want to get that lens, but I don't have an extra $1400 lying around. I think I'll stick with the $25/weekend rental at Glazer's for the timebeing.
