Little Black Book
Yessir, I'm a happily married, over-40 foodie. I still have a little black book; it's just filled with recipes-in-progress.
This is my current little black book, a large Moleskine Squared (open to my prototype notes for my "ten spice" vanilla syrup). This is where I keep my notes for recipes I'm working on, scribbled ratio math, notes on what did and didn't work, and the occasional sketch.
Just had it open on the butcher block, and thought I'd grab a photo or two. No, that’s not a secret code, but my handwriting often borders on write-only.
