Obama/Biden '08! Anyone voting for McCain is voting to stop progress.

...Make that: Shift progress into REVERSE!

      Great Pumkin!

I followed the link for the downloadable pumkin stencils.. The one posted for the GOP Elephant has the stars inverted. The GOP for some reason flipped theirs over so that the point is down. Probably some sort of Karl Rove pact with the devil.

I have to laugh...all you naive "sheeple" falling for the MSM (mainstream medIa).... it's shocking how few people really "get it" - there is very little difference between Dems & Reps. Please do the country a favor and vote for a Third Party candidate. If you are set on voting for a socialist, at least vote for Nader(Independent) or McKinney(Green.) We would actually see real (positive) change if Ron Paul got elected. Since that is not going to happen, 2nd best choice will be Bob Barr - the Libertarian - the only party that actually follows the Constitution!
      No more "Republicrats" - BOOOO!
And all you Obama supporters out there - you wait and see. One year from now you will oh so regret your decision to vote for this Marxist......

Why McCain will lose this election:

I was thinking about this election cycle the other night before Obama's 1/2 hour blurb, looking at some statistics on spending by Obama & McCain.

By my estimate, McCain spends roughly 80% of his advertising budget attacking Obama, and only 20% talking about himself. Why?

I believe it reveals a fundamental lack of faith. Lack of faith in the notion that McCain has anything constructive to offer in the way of solutions to the problems facing this country. It's always easier to be an iconoclast. Easier to try and tear down an idea, or another person as a symbol of that idea, than it is to come up with any solution of your own.

McCain has even taken up the drumbeat of Obama's own message of change. His ads in Ohio have tried to use change as a scare tactic, just as Palin is doing to the best of her (meager) ability. They've trotted out the boogeymen of socialism, and affiliation with terrorists in a transparent and cynical attempt to bully a scared and uncertain electorate.

McCain and his advisors know that the U.S. voting public has become conditioned to fear the unknown. This tactic dates back to Bush's first term and the ridiculous color coded terrorism threat warnings issued by Tom Ridge and the Department of Homeland Security. Orange? WTF am I supposed to do with that useless piece of data, huh Tom? Brood over it? I guess that would be the liking of this administration.

Hannity, O'Reilly, Limbaugh and their ilk have told the most pathetic and outrageous lies, just jumping on the slash and burn trolley. Talk about drinking the kool-aid, sheesh!

That is just weak shit, people. And I, for one, am pretty fed up with it. Sick of people telling me what and who I should be afraid of, as if I lack the capacity to judge for myself what constitutes a real threat.

It's a losers game. And McCain and Palin are playing it brilliantly.

      Dear Darren,

what a wonderful piece of work!
Nice idea and even better put-in-scene of light & color.
I use it for my article about the election day, and use it hopefully according to your attitude ;-) (incl. a link to this site, of course)

      All the way from Munich
      Cheers, Marc

      Hi there!

I love this picture and would like to use it on my website:
It’s a website especially for celebrating holidays – Right now it’s Halloween so I am all about cool decorations, costumes, etc.
On there, I post an article about a specific item (exp. pumpkins) and then show some photos related to the topic. I then make witty or boring comments on said photos.
I will be happy to use your flickr name or your real name as credit if you like.
Please let me know if you are interested by PMing me on here or emailing me at
(If you have any other Halloween related pictures you would like to share, feel free to let me know.)
