The Winter Sea

I spent some time on a bitterly cold Aberdeen Beach yesterday. The sky was magnificant and gloomy, layered with all sorts cloud laden with snow and hail. I made a few shots using the breakwaters and further up the beach using snow in the composition but, for me, the best shots were taken right down at the waters edge as big slow waves spilled over the sand thwarting the snows best efforts of covering the beach.
