Paleo Everything Bagels
No flour, no grains, no sugar, 3 grams of carbs each. Plenty of savory nuts, seeds, and herbs however. Delicious!
Took the terrific dough recipe from Paleo Plan and added seeds, herbs, and baking powder (1 teaspoon) to make it rise just like bread. Baked for about 20 minutes until getting brown around the edges.
Update: To blow this recipe out, add more salt, some garlic powder, and xanthan gum (the latter to make it rise better.)
