Specifically, we've learned how the internal, extranet, and external aspects of social media are all part of a connected continuum. Having this more mature perspective is a key insight and it lets us organize far better and more effectively for social media marketing, Social CRM, Enterprise 2.0, and all the other concerns we engage in with enterprise social media.
