Rushmore Storm II

We were camping at Custer State Park last week . When visiting Mount Rushmore, it looked like a storm was moving in. When the lightning started in the distance, I ran back to the car to get the tripod and remote, just in case the storm got more interesting.

Of course, I didn't think to get a wider lens for my NEX-5R - but I did have my RX100 in my pocket, which worked out well. This is about the best I did with my NEX and the Contax Zeiss Planar 50mm f/1.7.

The composition is pretty poor, due to the long focal length and the fact that lightning isn't very cooperative.
