Le llaman Mochomos al tipo de carne, por que al cocinarla, se dora y toma el color de las hormigas rojas grandes de la region del Noroeste de México a las que se les nombra popularmente Mochomos.

 

They call Mochomos the type of meat, because when cooked, browns and takes the color of the large red ants the northwestern region of Mexico which are popularly named Mochomos.
