I remember riding on that a couple of times in the early 90s. The creaking of the structure added greatly to the atmosphere of the ride.

7th April 2008: After a suspicious fire late this afternoon, now no longer the UK's oldest surviving rollercoaster. Well, not complete anyway.

After the recent Fire of the Scenic Railway at Dreamland, a new group has started to document the event, but also to relive the past.

With your photo of Part of Dreamland, i would like to invite you to join and add your image (and any others) to the Dreamland Margate UK group.
