This is the fifth entry for my 52 weeks project. Do you know that feeling when you’re so happy that you could embrace the whole world?
This picture is directly inspired by the events that took place on January 20, 2011. Kay Kremerskothen was so kind to feature one of my pictures on the official Flickr blog. From that moment on, my stream went totally crazy. 27.000 (!) views in one day. This is INSANE!!
So this image is especially dedicated to all that have viewed, faved or commented my pictures or have added me to their contacts. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means the world (!) to me. You are the reason why I started doing what I do. You are the reason why I started loving what I do. And you are the reason why I will keep on doing what I do: Trying to become a better photographer.
And another one goes out to Alper Tunc, who was kind enough to write me my very first testimonial. Thanks, buddy!!
That being said, please be sure to head over to all the other photographers (although I prefer to call them artists) that have been the source of inspiration for me throughout my photographic career. Browse through my contact list, take a look at my personal favorites and check out groups like The Teleidoscope or 52 weeks. “
Salvation Inspiration lies within.” :-)
Needless to say that "L" should be the letter of your choice!
Strobist info: Three light setup. One bare, flagged LumoPro LP120 at 1/16 power from back left and right for rim. One Nissin Di866 at 1/16 power, zoomed to 105 mm and shot through a Westcott umbrella from the front, slightly to the right. All flashes were fired by Cactus V4 radio triggers. The camera was triggered by a Cactus V5.
