apple pancake

Really easy and without the added fat from frying the pancakes - make one big one in the oven! Just prepare pancake dough (I usually use 4 eggs, flour and milk, some salt, sugar, vanilla), butter a pie dish, pour in the batter, throw in two cut apples and put into the oven at 350° for twenty minutes and then 450° for another ten minutes. Fluffy goodness! Sprinkle with powdered sugar...
