Adventures at Ponte Vedra Beach Florida
Ok, I must admit I may have sort of invited myself to see Dee Gregory but what is more important to know is that I invited myself for the most opportune outing yet with Dee. I found myself yet again a part of her famous photo excursions.
Today’s adventure starts at one of America’s most beautiful and undiscovered beach fronts nestled quietly between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. The mighty Atlantic Ocean is buffered by stretches of coastal islands so the waters were tranquil and clear but filled with passing dolphins and small sailing vessels.
Our entourage consisted of Dee, Dianne, Victoria, Taylor and myself. We set course around 9:30AM with the most beautiful and soothing weather we could have ever have hoped to have. Our host and guide, Dee Gregory, took charge immediately earning her new nickname “Captain Dee”.
And if you have not had the pleasure of experiencing “Captain Dee’s” photo excursion boot camps, you do not know what you are missing…especially you S&M types! Just kidding! Dee’s tours does not leave marks or bruises just wonderful memories as you can see by our collage of smiling faces. (forgive me Dee!)
I also want to thank the owner, Barnard, for his permission for us to use his grounds as a photo shoot and his wonderful workers who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A lesson for all the sisters out there, you never know what you can have until you ask…sweetly!
