      I saw a mosquito nectaring on Pycnanthemum over the summer. Had no idea they imbibed any fluid other than blood.

      Funny I was just thinking the other day how well a mosquito would come up and here it is. Awesome capture.

      Great shot! Only females go for blood. This one potentially might be a male due to the furry antennae it is showing, a trait in many midges.
