Chocolate box cake

Now don't all die of shock - I know 2 cakes in a week! Well stand by, because I have another one in the oven as we speak for a party on Saturday night. I have decided that 3 cakes in one week whilst working full time is a little too much LOL!

White chocolate and Baileys Mud cake (yum) coated in white choc ganache and covered in fondant.

The lid is a piece of styrofoam covered in fondant.

Made for my Mother in Law's 85th and her best friends's 83rd birthday.

I wanna be a cake person or whatever when I am older. How did you learn all this stuff?
  • Deb Redfern 5y

I taught myself with books from the library and watching you tube. Give it a try - I'm sure you will surprise yourself.
