      40 years old..makes me really wonder what this area will be like 40 years from now. Its amazing how much things change and how much some things don't. In 2052 will there be a 2012 Toyota Prius and Honda Odessy in the drives? I doubt it. I don't think they would actually last that long and if they did they just don't have evoke the same kind of feelings from their owners. (btw.. 1972 was a fantastic year...)
