When one works in the restaurant industry, one becomes adept in all facets of the business. Master chef Ben Appetit is best known for his work in the kitchens of Hollywood, but he obviously worked his way up from the bottom. Here he demonstrates a skill learned in his early days bussing tables: Quickly removing a soiled tablecloth without disturbing the table setting.
