Believe It or Not

Disneyland engine number 2, E.P. Ripley, has been plying the rails in Anaheim for 61 years. The engine was named after the first president of the AT&SF Railroad (popularly known as the Santa Fe). It was on display at the New Orleans Square station while the railroad was shut down for the construction of Star Wars Land. Believe it or not, I have a photo of this train at almost the same location from my only other trip to Disneyland in 1972.
