Mejiro Are Messy Eaters

A close up shot of a Mejiro (Japanese White-Eye) as he eats the nectar from the kawazuzakura cherry blossoms. What a messy eater—you can see it all over his mouth.

This is not an HDR image (which I only mention because most images I do these days are), nor did I edit it much beyond adjusting the exposure a hair, a bit more saturation, and a touch of vignette. I did think about editing more, but then I thought the image kind of stands pretty well on it's own.
