I made these for my brother Eric's birthday party. They're white chocolate cupcakes (wasn't exactly happy with how that turned out, but its good to know for next time... white chocolate chips sink to the bottom!) with vanilla frosting (the spaghetti) and Ferrero Rocher chocolates covered in strawberry preserves. Gooey and yummy!
Next time I would use a thicker frosting and thicker tip for the spaghetti, but overall I was happy with them.
Idea came from a book called "Hello, Cupcake!" by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson (great book!)
