This is from the abandoned factory we visited in Ellicot city during the DC meetup this week!
Sadly, Thursday was my last night, and I'm now typing this and uploading from my desk at home.
Just as in Indiana, I had an incredible week for a number of reasons, and I finally got to meet some artists, models, and friends that I've admired for quite some time. It's insane, the thought that people I once only knew through the internet have now become my best friends. This summer has been incredible, and it's due only to bringing all of these new people into my life. Don't ever be afraid to completely pursue what you want to do - it will only bring good things to your life, even if those things are hard to attain.
I also wanted to say that I had so much fun creating this image - from watching Zach throw the powder paint all over Brendon, to editing and pouring my heart out into the colors and textures of this photo, and being able to edit this piece completely uninhibited while flying home on the plane this morning.
Model here is Brendon Burton, current member of the Deadly Viper Gang ;)
Oh, and be sure to check out some amazing pieces from others at the meetup here!
