      It was tofu with ground pork...and a LOT of sichuan pepper : )

      Lots is ESSENTIAL. Next time you are back in the bay you should hit up one of the Spices restaurants (2 in SF and one in the DTO). Order explosive tofu (or meat of choice) and marvel as the boat of chilis arrives at your table.
