      Why does fish sauce smell so funky? & not like fish? is it my bottle? It sure does linger!!!!

      Umm...David I am going to have to protest that bottle of sesame oil. I highly recommend Japanses "Kadoya" Sesame Oil. They have just pure oil and a prepared one with just a hint of chili pepper. You can get it from Tang Freres for less than 2 euros.
