      You need to temper dark chocolate, form it into perfectly-round chocolate shells, fill them with ganache, run them through the enrober, roll them in toasted and sieved nuts, then re-run them through the enrober. Then put them in a cooling tunnel to firm up.

      Am not certain any home cooks want to take that on! ; )
