Cast Iron Sticks

This is for everyone who writes me when I mention non-stick cookware, saying cast iron works better. I lugged this heavy pan back from the states, and even though it was 'pre-seasoned', I seasoned it by rubbing it liberally with oil and warming it gently on the radiator for a couple of days.

 

Then I made fried rice in it...case closed!
