Thanks for your hard work! I can't believe how much you've done for photojournalists and photographers. Your instruction and labor has really helped, Thanks.

      chock dee-

You'd think that would be the way to go, right? But one of the most interesting things I have learned over he last three years is that the more I focus on the money part, the less well things work out in that department.

And the reverse is quite true, too. Amazing -- and pretty cool.

Excellent. I was recently wondering how I was going to get more sample packs so I could pluck the good gels out for my growing strobe collection. Thanks!

Wait Can THIS be ordered ? for real ?

    11. Ramos_Aviation_Photography 67 months ago | reply

I ordered mine from B&H along with a few other items. The Rosco / Strobist Gels seem to be on back order.

This is a great product and incredibly reasonable in cost as there are many similar "Strobist" filter packs available on ebay but at a much higher price (30 gels for $23?).

I can't wait to get my Rosco / Strobist set and add it to my kit. Thanks for your efforts David

      Hi David,
I live in Canada and went thought the link to order it, 10$ for the gels, 25-55$ to ship to Canada, can you believe that.
Is there a way to get them in Canada, or away to move Rosco to China so they can ship internationally free :)

i just bought these and the first time i fired my flash it warped a gel!

    15. jameshamiltonphotography 66 months ago | reply

Yes the gels can get a little bit warped from the heat. I give them a small amount of space to reduce it. In all reality these gels are made to handle heat much hotter and for much longer than the duration of the flash so you are all good. I rarely have to replace mine and that is usually from carelessness on my part and they rip.

Found a local theatre lighting store that gave me the full Roscoe & Lee filter samples for free.

Only used the CTO so far which is very useful.
