The Trails Caffe in Fern Dell. We revisited it today after a long hiatus due to a serious decline in the quality of pies. The menu has changed somewhat, but, while there were no savory pies, they seem to be aware of the problems, and I was told that they're going to outsource the delivery of said savories pretty soon. I really hope the food returns to its former level of awesomeness, because the setting here is unequaled in LA. Afterwards, we took a walk up to the newly renovated observatory. Unfortunately my camera battery died on the way up.

Dave,this has no relevance but can you please take that 'a day without an immigrant' photo off mode.3 It is leftist self indulgence.A nice picture of Audrey Hepburn or an ice cream would be much more thought provoking.
