Refrigerate Panettone

Bag it and refrigerate the Panettone over night.


This takes about 45 minutes to an hour to make, probably faster if you're not watching a football game when you make it.


It is very rich and the Sweet Marsala Wine is very distinct and noticeable, so if you don't like that much alcohol in your food, this probably ain't for you. But it is for me. With a vengeance. Numm!


Slice it as you would a pie and serve as wedges.


Serve with dark coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or a sweet liqueur such as Amaretto.


Panettone - PRONOUNCED: Pah-nah-TONE-aye.

Mascarpone - PRONOUNCED: Mas-car-PONE-aye.
