Sakura Jelly (Cherry Blossom)

Cute little packaging, and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to do something special for us to serve with tea, so I headed down to Minamoto Kitchoan on Piccadilly, and picked up a small selection of wagashi.

 

This jelly had this really rich cherry flower taste, very fresh, not overpowering, just right. Very highly recommended!
