Equatorial Akalat 111113 Sheppardia aequatorialis

The Equatorial Akalat is described as a shy inhabitant of shady forest undergrowth. This bird came into the open briefly as the light was fading when we down a very overgrown track towards dusk. This shot was taken at 1/100th second even though I had set an ISO of 12800, the camera was mounted on a monopod.
