Evening light on detail of the the multi-storey car park known, for obvious reasons, as the 'cheese grater', at Arundel Gate in central Sheffield, England.
The effect is created by the clever device of a standard cowl used in a random pattern to bring light and ventilation into the parking decks, whilst screening them from view. It's rapidly become one of the most photographed buildings in the city: there are lots of good ones on Flickr (e.g. see: tagged sheffield carpark and the Sheffield cheese grater pool).
