    Dell Hell

In June of 2005 +Jeff Jarvis posted a rant on his blog Buzz Machine titled "Dell lies. dell sucks"

That post sparked a customer revolt. Dell's market cap has deteriorated ever since. Certainly the customer discontent from 2005 is not the only reason for Dell's difficulty. But I'm sure it was a factor. Dell today takes Social Business seriously, with one of the most sophisticated social listening command centers on the planet.

Soooo, Dell wants to play games with my time and no compensation. We shall see about that! I recently ordered a TV from Dell. The same TV was offered on ebay, but being a long time purchaser of Dell products I wanted to see if they would expedite the shippment which they agreed on. Found out after I arrived home early on Friday that the TV would not arrive until Monday (1 day away from work early, cost = $200) Found out it would not be here on Saturday (cost to me 0$, I don't work on Saturdays but had to watch the game on a tiny TV :(
Came home early on Monday the 16th to find that the TV again would not be here until the 19th (what part of expedited shipping did we miss here? Home early fom work again, cost $200.00) The TV has no caused me more grief and problems then it is worth! Do not believe promises made by Dell to get the TV here on some sort of expedited shipping, just a false way of looring you in to buy their product.
