Clouds And Kites

Newer Older

We went to a kite festival at the local park. To be honest this was the best shot I got, the rest are family snapshots (apart from a couple of dog photos, which I might put up later).

Love the 55mm lens for the Diana F+, very nice indeed!

Great shot, though - awesome colors. I've always liked that Fuji Pro 400h in my Holga.

Really nice colours on this one Darren

Imagine what it would have looked like shot on a Hasselblad or Rolleiflex mmmm.

Great even on a plastic camera

I must admit, I'm not keen on the original Diana lens but this 55mm one is great. Glad I, ahem... bought it, eh John? ;-)

I've thought about buying a Diana one day, but I've never quite seen the point since I already have a Holga and prefer its lens to the standard Diana one. You like this 55mm one pretty well, then?

What is all this talk of lenses? This is a Diana, does it even have a lens?

    I'm ignoring you Mr North!

I like the lens but I'm not sure if it's worth getting a Diana for, as to some extent it makes it more like a Holga. I have noticed that the Diana shots are often much more saturated than the Holga so if you want a lot of colour it may be worth considering.
