UK - Oxford - Balloon Seller

As you might be able to tell from the Ghostbusters and Garfield balloons this is an old photo. In fact it's one of my first photos, taken in about 1989 with a Pentax P30t SLR. Scanned from a Cibachrome print I made myself.
