Getting the selection mask between the tiger and the background was a nightmare and I'm not too happy with it. However, it seems to have worked out decently.
I was asked why the background mask? Well, there's a somewhat subtle level of blurring + lower saturation on the grass background than on the tiger. I didn't get the gradient from tiger->background well though, quite noticable in the largest size, but in viewing size it looks okay.
The eye colour serves mostly to draw attention away from the rest, and brings a central focal point.
